3 Minute Beauty Regimen

When it comes to having an evening beauty regimen, I was the worst at keeping a consistent routine!  After a long, busy day, all I would want to do is get into my bed and close my eyes! Sometimes it’s exhausting thinking about all the different face washes, scrubs, anti-aging cream, antioxidant cream, dark spot remover cream, eye cream, etc.. that I’m supposed to use; the thought alone often caused me to just fall asleep, and commit one of the ultimate beauty sins…going to bed without washing my face!


Because it is important to take care of our skin, we definitely need to remain consistent in our beauty regimen…but on those I-don’t-feel-like-it days, which is just about every day for me, I motivate myself by saying it’s only going to take 3 minutes!
Here’s my 3 minute beauty regimen that I do most evenings ;)

Step One = 1 Minute
First I use my Clarisonic Mia 2 which is a spinning brush that pulses when it’s time to move to a different area of your skin… it’s like one of those sonic toothbrushes but for your face.  I absolutely love this thing because it leaves me with a very clean and scrubbed face in exactly one minute!

Step Two = 1 Minute
After quickly drying my face, I apply an awesome face cream called ‘Wild Rose + Vitamin C Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial’

Step Three = 1 Minute 
Lastly I apply an eye cream right under my bottom eye lid.
Then I put everything away and wipe down my vanity counter :).
