Healthy Eating Challenge: Week 2 Menu Calendar

We’re going into the second week of our ‘One Month of Healthy Eating’ challenge! We’ve taken on the challenge and are also challenging you to commit to eating a healthy diet for one month using our  menu calendar as a guide.  As the holidays are approaching, wouldn’t it be totally awesome to get through the season looking and feeling fabulous, instead of looking at the scale on January 2nd, making New Years weight – loss resolutions that may be difficult to keep after packing on the pounds?
