How To Make Healthy Green Smoothies

Today I’m doing a tutorial on how I make my green smoothies which I drink just about every day for breakfast.

Green smoothies are an excellent way to start out your day each morning and to jump-start your healthy eating regimen if you’ve recently made new health goals for yourself. For me when I start out my day this way, it’s easier to follow through on making healthy eating choices throughout my day because I don’t want to mess up all of the good stuff I know is happening in my body from drinking my glowing green smoothie earlier. And as you can imagine, the health benefits are ridiculous! Just to name a few, each cup is rich in fiber, which can help you lose weight, you’ll get more than your daily recommended veggies, it gives you tons of energy that lasts without a crash, it has high nutritional content, very low calories, helps fight cancer, and it’s packed TONS of vitamins! For my morning smoothies, I like to make it filling and packed with fiber so I stay full longer and have tons of energy for my crazzzy busy day.
